Cash non-additive risk measures: horizon risk and generalized entropy

Horizon Risk & Generalized Entropy: A new risk measure based on generalized Tsallis entropy is introduced, which can dynamically assess the risk of losses considering both horizon risk and interest rate uncertainty, and can be used to quantify capital requirement.
